Site Incharge

Lead day-to-day activities at the solar site, ensuring progress, quality, and safety targets are met.

Plan, design, and execute all civil works including module mounting structures, foundations, and site grading.

Supervise electrical installations and testing of inverters, transformers, HT panels, and grid connections.

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems and ensure plant uptime.

Support hands-on tasks including cleaning, panel inspections, and hardware troubleshooting.

Ensure continuous real-time plant monitoring and coordinate with field teams for operational updates.

Monitor plant performance and raise alerts through the SCADA system for quick interventions.

Analyze system data, identify performance anomalies, and support the O&M team with daily reports.

Handle energy forecasting, grid compliance, and scheduling with state/national load dispatch centers.
